I’ve used NETELLER on and off over the years for online gaming transactions and have an account that I hadn’t used for some time. Recently I went back in, used the account for a small value transaction.
All was going well and I was appreciating the sophisticated systems that NETELLER has until they froze my account for no known reason!
Half of the money is still in the account and I cannot get to it. I’m very annoyed about this frozen NETELLER account.
When trying to login all it says is that “for my protection” the account has been frozen and…
that I should contact support. When I try and call support, they are never available and it redirects me to the online help pages on NETELLER that have no helpful information at all.
The online help pages eventually just tell me to email or call NETELLER support staff about the frozen account, I try and call and nothing again.
I think this is because the times I call from are not US standard hours so their support staff are never there. Why do NETELLER not have 24 hour phone support considering that they service the entire world and are a large organisation?
Finally I emailed and expressed my annoyance asking them why they froze my NETELLER account and all they responded with was “Call Us”. Very frustrating!
Have generally had the worst experience with them now and am not willing to get up at 2am just to be able to call their support staff when they happen to be in the office.
So, NETELLER have the frozen money in my account with them and I guess they’re never going to proactively help their customer.
What will happen to the money? It will probably be taken by them when a certain amount of time passes and it’s on the Terms and Conditions that an account without any interaction after so long is invalid and the money goes to them…
Anyone else have this type of problem with a frozen NETELLER account?
