Frozen NETELLER Account

I’ve used NETELLER on and off over the years for online gaming transactions and have an account that I hadn’t used for some time. Recently I went back in, used the account for a small value transaction.

All was going well and I was appreciating the sophisticated systems that NETELLER has until they froze my account for no known reason!

Half of the money is still in the account and I cannot get to it. I’m very annoyed about this frozen NETELLER account.

When trying to login all it says is that “for my protection” the account has been frozen and…
that I should contact support. When I try and call support, they are never available and it redirects me to the online help pages on NETELLER that have no helpful information at all.

The online help pages eventually just tell me to email or call NETELLER support staff about the frozen account, I try and call and nothing again.

I think this is because the times I call from are not US standard hours so their support staff are never there. Why do NETELLER not have 24 hour phone support considering that they service the entire world and are a large organisation?

Finally I emailed and expressed my annoyance asking them why they froze my NETELLER account and all they responded with was “Call Us”. Very frustrating!

Have generally had the worst experience with them now and am not willing to get up at 2am just to be able to call their support staff when they happen to be in the office.

So, NETELLER have the frozen money in my account with them and I guess they’re never going to proactively help their customer.

What will happen to the money? It will probably be taken by them when a certain amount of time passes and it’s on the Terms and Conditions that an account without any interaction after so long is invalid and the money goes to them…

Anyone else have this type of problem with a frozen NETELLER account?

Hi I have the same issue, I have £850 in my Neteller account. First of all they have frozen my account. Then I have tried to contact them so many times with no result that they have now disabled my account for too many logins into a frozen account. The whole website/ company is a joke.

You cant contact them by there email support because you need to be logged in to your account for the support trail, and if you enter in your current email account it says account already in use.

Then I requested them to call me back, they didnt call me back…

Then I tried to call them… Theres no help available- they tell me to email them (which I cant

Now I’ve made two complaints and heard nothing.

NETELLER WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. DONT USE IT.

Interesting to hear you’re having exactly the same problem.

I wondered if it was just me that was frustrated with a frozen NETELLER account without being able to contact the support team.

Just don’t understand how a company that’s been around for so long can get away with such a useless level of support.

I had my account frozen after Neteller had allowed somebody to misuse my account and steal funds.I have called them many times on the phone only to get an answering service. Left emails to support for callbacks to which they have not replied.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

After few days, I try to log in, but it was not accessible.

Has anyone managed to get into their accounts? Is there even a number that works? I have money in there and this is very frustrating!

Can you give us any further information about that number?

I wouldn’t suggest that anyone call a random number they have been given on the Internet unless it was actually verified by more than one person as the right one to call.

Let us know if this actually helped you contact NETELLER to get your account unfrozen.
