Youre not paying for service... no.... you&#039;re paying them for the opportunity for them to hold on to  your money which of course they use to make a hefty profit. So its a win-win for them; so you know what it is for you. Which I could find a service bank in France! But that doesnt exsist unless you have loads of cash...

If you&#039;re using a Money Transfer Service such as ATMCASH, the exchange rate is just 2% and there are no hidden fees for this feature like you will often see with the banks and credit card companies.  ATMCASH is upfront and honest about all of their fees.</description>
